HISTORY
The principals of the Baltic Properties Group have been involved in the
seniors housing and health care industry since 1987, as independent
owner operators and as senior officers of companies that owned and
operated facilities. The principal's experience includes operation of a
portfolio of seniors facilities located across Canada, from Montreal to
Victoria. These facilities have included supportive housing, assisted
living and licensed care facilities, ranging in size from 72 units to
190 units. The principals have also been involved in the design,
development and implementation of four facilities in the last five years
that emphasize the the campus of care model of service delivery. These
facilities range in size from 90 units to 168 units, and feature
supportive housing, assisted living, complex residential care services
and most recently, hospice/palliative care services, as well as
bariatric and respite programs.

The Baltic Properties Group is presently
developing new health care and housing facilities in Surrey, Langley,
Kamloops and Osoyoos. These new properties, in conjunction with Baltic’s
existing facilities in Lake Country, Chilliwack and Washington State,
will bring the company’s total number of owned and managed units to
almost 900.
MANAGING PARTNER
The Baltic Properties Group contracts the management and financial
administrative functions of its properties to Pacific Seniors
Management Inc., a company owned and operated by Will McKay and Jerry
Nowee. These services include accounting functions, reporting, payroll
services, human resources and clinical management programs.
